Tecci Park
TECCI Park is a prominent Grade A IT park located in Sholinganallur, Chennai, along the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), also known as Rajiv Gandhi Salai. Developed by East Coast Constructions and Industries Ltd. (ECCI), the park serves as a significant hub for IT and IT-enabled services in the region.  
Key Features:
- Design and Certification: TECCI Park was designed by Architect Team 3 from Singapore, emphasizing modern architectural standards. It has achieved LEED Silver certification from the US Green Building Council, highlighting its commitment to environmental sustainability. 
- Structure: The park encompasses two main blocks, Block A and Block B, with a combined built-up area of approximately 650,000 square feet.
